Each creation is custom made of seasonal flowers that we have instore, no bouquet or arrangement will look the same, and will vary from the picture provided. These pictures are a guide for reference of colours and style.
All flowers leaving our store have a water source.
If our delivery team is on delivery and no one is home, we will leave in a safe place. If there isn’t anywhere safe it will be returned to the store and arrangements will be made with recipient to pick up for store.
Also, our delivery team come up against little things like your beloved dogs, or locked gates for gated communities/apartments. If these things happen, we judge if we can leave flowers in a safe place or return to store and call recipient. We do call while at address in case someone is home to take flowers.
